Do you have any kits?
I have a few!!

The Eleanor The Elephant Kit comes with all of the threads you need and each kit provides feminine hygiene products for a young girl in Northern Kenya. These kits allow these bright students to pursue an education and their monthly cycle with dignity through the Kura Project.
As for other designs, any needlepoint shop can order one of my designs for you and provide fibers!! Please be sure to refer to my list of retailers.
Do you do custom work?
I am afraid that I am unable to take on any custom work. I am always accepting suggestions, however, I highly recommend reaching out to your local needlepoint shop or The Needlepoint Novelist for a personalized piece.

What should I do if a design I would like is sold out?
All of our designs are almost always available unless it has been discontinued! It is just a matter of production time. Please note that each canvas is hand-stitch painted and it can take up to 14 weeks for a design to come back in stock proportional to popularity. We recommend that you either order through a shop or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you gift wrap?
Due to my love for the environment and great effort to strive for sustainable practices, packaging is limited to a ribbon and a handwritten note. If you would like a canvas gift wrapped, I would be more than happy to have it wrapped in complimentary tissue paper. If you wish to take one of our projects with you on a vacation or intend to gift one of our products to a loved one, please be sure to let us know before your purchase so we can make sure to both personalize it as well as get it to you wherever you are in time!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the matter that each canvas is a hand-painted piece of art, I am unable to accept any returns or cancellations after the canvas has been shipped.
If you wish to no longer stitch the piece you receive, I highly recommend reach out to one of the Needlepoint Facebook groups or letting me know via the Get In Touch form! I would be more than happy to help you find a new home for the piece through Social Media.
A Note On Shipping:
We love shipping to P.O. Boxes!
We currently use the United Postal Service to send our products. Please be sure to notify us if you have a preferred method. This may be subject to an additional fee.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. It may take 24-48 hours for their system to update once your package has been dropped off at the Post Office.
When will my order ship?
I paint many of our canvases to order. While a fair amount canvases can ship within seven days, please estimate 2-3 weeks to ship as some are more complicated to paint than others.
Sometimes I use the labels I print to get organized. As a result, your status may appear in a pre-shipment limbo for a few days within this window.
Please note whether or not a canvas is a pre-order. If so, this may extend the shipping dates.
Should you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite shipping, please be sure to reach out via our contact form before placing an order. We will do our best to help you find something you LOVE and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
I Think My Package May Be Lost:
Check in with your neighbors, post person, look in all your go to hiding places. Sometimes
For any orders over $200, we require a signature upon delivery. As each canvas is a hand-painted work of art, we want to make sure your package arrives safely at your door. If you won’t be home to sign for your package, we are happy to send it to your office or a buddy instead just please let us know before we ship.
Disclaimer: If you do not select signature requirement or request that we remove the signature requirement, we unfortunately can’t assist in the event the package is lost or stolen in transit. Be sure to reach out to USPS and your credit card company. Small business owners do not have a special line to get through.
